Professional Tenancy (Master Lease / Rental Arbitrage): We lease your property and operate it as a premium short-stay, handling styling, setup and day-to-day management.
Full-Service Co-Hosting (Airbnb Property Management): We manage your short-term rental on your behalf, including listing optimisation, pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance and owner reporting.
Interiors & Styling: Design-led fitouts, furniture sourcing and styling packages to elevate presentation, improve guest experience and maximise performance.

Getting started is simple:
Enquire / Apply online and tell us a bit about your property (location, bedrooms, current setup and your goals).
We’ll book a discovery call to confirm fit and walk you through your management options.
We’ll complete a property review (photos, walkthrough or inspection depending on location).
If it’s a match, we’ll send through your proposal and agreement, then map the onboarding timeline.
We handle the setup: styling (if needed), photography, listing creation, pricing strategy, cleaner onboarding, then we go live.
Typical onboarding is 2-4 weeks from first contact to your property being live (timing varies depending on styling and photography).
